Demand: To calculate the time limit for making a demand for international preliminary examination, please enter the earliest priority date and the ISR transmittal date.

For example, to calculate the time limit for making a Demand for International Preliminary Examination in States with a 20-month time limit for entry into the national phase, which will be extended to 30 months if a Demand is made within this time limit (Article 39(1)(a)) the start date is the earliest priority date and the number of months is 19.
