ASEAN Designview - Design Search Database

ASEAN Designview is the common online industrial design information platform of the ASEAN Member States aimed at making ASEAN designs data widely available and easily accessible to all interested stakeholders. ASEAN Designview offers free of charge online access to information on design registrations having effects in the participating ASEAN countries. These are indicated in green in the panel below. It has same interface as of European Union DesignView, and contains registered designs from Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Invisible web - Deep Web - Understanding

The Invisible web refers to the part of the World Wide Web that’s not indexed by the search engines. Most of us assume that that search powerhouses like Google and Bing are index all pages. But there are some places wherever a spiders of these search engines cannot enter. USTPO - Global Patent Search Network - China Patent Collection

As a result of cooperative effort between the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of the People’s Republic of China, Chinese patent documentation is now available for search and retrieval from the USPTO website via the Global Patent Search Network. This tool will enable the user to search Chinese patent documents in the English or Chinese language. The data available include fulltext Chinese patents and machine translations. Also available are full document images of Chinese patents which are considered the authoritative Chinese patent document. Users can search documents including published applications, granted patents and utility models from 1985 to 2012. More

New USPTO Tool Allows Exploration of 40 Years of Patent Data

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) today launched PatentsView (link is external) , a new patent data visualization platform. The PatentsView beta search tool allows members of the public to interact with nearly 40 years of data on patenting activity in the United States. PatentsView allows users explore technological, regional, and individual-level patent trends via search filters with multiple viewing options. The database links inventors, their organizations, locations, and overall patenting activity using enhanced 1976-2014 data from public USPTO bulk data files. More
