Dialog Open access provides searching of US Patent - Litigations, through LitAlert® from Derwent Information. Data on patent infringement lawsuits filed in the 94 U.S. District Courts and reported to the Commissioner of the U.S. Patents & Trademark Office. 1970 to present. You can search by:

* Main Subject
* Company
* Inventor
* Patent Number
* Court State
* Patent or Litigation Filing Year

Operators: You can use AND, OR, NOT and Parentheses to group words together. You can use ? as truncation mark.
